Around 1.5km long, the Collecteur offers a timeless journey into the heart of the mountain, where all the rainwater and meltwater have been concentrated for millions of years to give birth to the Guiers Mort.
A long trail of galleries and shafts is needed to reach this mineral jewel and its pools of crystal-clear water.
You need to be in very good physical condition to complete the 4km route. In fact, this outing is also a sporting challenge: 10 to 12 hours of underground progression.
