Ski resort
Les 7 Laux is a 2-slope ski area with three gateways: Le Pleynet, Prapoutel and Pipay. In total, it has 51 ski runs covering 120 km. The resort’s altitude ranges from 1350 to 2400 m. The resort is renowned for its freeride skiing, with challenging runs, a snowpark and a fully secured powder run. It’s also ideal for families, with its mole trail of easy runs dotted with play features. You can also enjoy Nordic skiing, snowshoeing and a host of other activities at the Espace Nordique de Beldina, located right in the heart of the woods. In summer, Les 7 Laux is also open for mountain biking. As well as hiking, activities such as archery, accrobranche (tree climbing) and the aquatic area make Les 7 Laux a place where there’s never a dull moment.
There are around 3,500 inhabitants in the communes of Les Adrets, Haut-Bréda and Theys.

Le Collet is a family-friendly ski resort in the commune of Allevard. The resort’s altitude ranges from 1450 to 2100 metres. There are 3 linked sectors, each with a completely different atmosphere. In winter, there are 35 km of 27 slopes for everyone to enjoy. Le Collet is renowned for being the perfect place for families to learn to ski. The resort is also famous for having one of the largest night skiing areas in Europe!
In summer, the resort is popular for its hiking and other summer activities, as well as its family entertainment.

The Col de Marcieu is located in the Chartreuse region on the Plateau des Petites Roches. It’s the ideal place to learn to ski in winter on one of the 6 slopes and ski lifts. Families flock to the Col de Marcieu for its Espace Ludique, an outdoor play area offering a host of unusual activities for young and old in both winter and summer. The maximum altitude is 1066 metres.

The Plateau des Petites Roches is renowned for its incredible paragliding spots. In the heart of the Chartreuse, the plateau is home to a host of spectacular walks. The 1,400 inhabitants of the commune will tell you: the landscapes of the plateau at an altitude of 1,500 metres are well worth the diversions. Here, you can enjoy natural activities and genuine flavours, and take the time to live and recharge your batteries.
Every year, the Plateau des Petites Roches plays host to the Coupe Icare, a major international paragliding event.

Health resort
A renowned spa resort near Grenoble, Uriage is home to 5,500 inhabitants in a verdant setting at the foot of the mountains. The thermal baths welcome almost 5,000 visitors a year, from March to December. The resort also has a golf course, a casino, a spa and many other activities to complete your stay. It’s a place of healing and rejuvenation at the foot of the majestic Belledonne mountains.

At the foot of the Belledonne Massif, the commune of Allevard-les-Bains is home to almost 4,100 inhabitants in a green, natural setting. The thermal baths have been renowned for their virtues since the 19th century, with almost 4,000 people taking the waters every year. They offer rheumatology and respiratory treatments, a spa and a fitness area. The spa season runs from around April to the end of October. Just 11km away, the Collet ski resort in the same commune puts tourists close to the slopes and winter activities. In summer, there are plenty of activities in the mountains to enjoy the fresh air and take the time to laugh and relax.
