Awakening and bodily expression to link movement to contemplation.

Awaken our senses and awaken bodily to what surrounds us. I propose different exercises combining connection, grounding, confidence, and guided and intuitive dance to create a well-being parenthesis in movement. On music but also listening to what surrounds us. Open to all, no prerequisites required. This is not a dance class but an experience, accessible to everyone!
