Sophrology is a set of techniques that work on physical, mental and emotional levels to achieve better balance and harmony within individuals.
Techniques are based on breathing exercices, muscular relaxation and positive visualization to learn more abourt yourself using daily exercices that you can even do by yourself. Throughout times, your capacities will develop and increase your self confidence, making you more aware of your life path.
