Discover cold baths through an accessible, supervised activity, exploring the benefits of cold on the body and the principle of hormesis. A stimulating experience to be enjoyed gently.
The activity will be punctuated by breathing exercises, natural movements and immersion in cold water.
Cold hormesis is a fascinating practice based on the principle that voluntary and occasional exposure to cold temperatures can be beneficial to health. The idea behind this practice is that when your body is exposed to cold, it reacts by generating internal heat, stimulating blood circulation and strengthening the immune system.
Register at the Petites Roches Tourist Office.
